TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • Full payment must be received before any work will commence on your order. If payment is made by personal cheque, work will commence once the cheque has cleared.

  • Despatch times will be dependant on the design of the card and size of order.  Most invitations are dispatched with 28 days from wording approval, however additional stationery items such as place cards and table plan cannot be completed until nearer the date.

  • As all items are made to order and personalised, refunds cannot be given if there is a discrepancy following your approval of the wording proof which is sent via email prior to starting the print run.  In the unlikely event that there is a fault/mistake made by us, then a remake will be done as a priority.

  • Most orders are dispatched via next day courier service (unless you are able to collect) for which prices will vary depending on the size of the order. These parcels will need to be signed for on receipt so please ensure you provide an address where there will be someone to take delivery.  A second attempt or failed delivery will result in additional charges being incurred. 

  • A 100% colour match cannot be guaranteed with split orders as from time to time batches of card/embellishments may vary, therefore it is advisable to order all stationery
